Why give internationally?

We’ll never advocate for you to give internationally instead of locally — or vice versa. Really, we say: our willingness to make a positive impact shouldn’t discriminate; instead, let’s care for the well-being of all the Dreamers that live on this planet intentionally, which means addressing our biggest problems, together. And with education being the key to solving the greatest issues facing our global community, like poverty and inequality, we’re confident that investing in learning is the best way to drive our future forward.

As a global community, some of the highest value investments we can make are in the development of our youth and infrastructure. So, we encourage you to seek opportunities — within and beyond your local neighborhood — to uplift young people and promote lifelong learning. After all, kids are our future so we have a responsibility to create a better world for them, and that begins with education.

We were founded in 2011 by Ryan, a visionary 11-year-old who never waited to help someone in need. By harnessing the power of community, Ryan was able to make an even bigger impact from a young age.

With 250 million children out of school and poor education funding, our world is facing a generational catastrophe — capping what children can accomplish and erasing the opportunity for progress. And we can't hesitate to help.

Education can’t wait any longer to see the light it deserves. It’s going to take all of us, regardless of our nationality, uniting as a global community to ensure every kid reaches their full potential.

There’s not many global communities that unite people from all over the world to help other humans. We want to create that. We want to activate the good in all of humanity and come together to support Dreamers around the world. It’s going to take a village of us to accomplish this extremely important ambition: to bring education to every child on the planet, and we know you're up for the challenge.
